1. Przedmiot Regulaminu
<\/strong><\/h3>

1.1. Organizatorami Konferencji pod nazw\u0105 \u201eExecutive Summit\u201d (dalej \u201eKonferencja\u201d i \u201eEXS\u201d) jest firma: HEXAGON NETWORK Sp. z o.o., ul. Klimczaka 1, 02-797 Warszawa (dalej \u201eOrganizator\u201d).<\/p>

1.2. Konferencja \u2013 w zakresie rejestracji Uczestnik\u00f3w \u2013 prowadzona jest za po\u015brednictwem strony internetowej, znajduj\u0105cej si\u0119 pod adresem: www.executivesummit.eu (dalej \u201ePortal\u201d).<\/p>

1.3. Konferencja odbywa si\u0119 w oparciu o przepisy niniejszego regulaminu (dalej \u201eRegulamin\u201d).<\/p>

1.4. Regulamin okre\u015bla warunki uczestnictwa w Konferencji. Je\u017celi warunki uczestnictwa zostan\u0105 okre\u015blone tak\u017ce w innych dokumentach (np. w opisie Konferencji, regulaminie obiektu), Regulamin ten uzupe\u0142ni dokumenty i znajdzie zastosowanie w zakresie w nich nieuregulowanym. W przypadku gdy okre\u015blone uczestnictwo w Konferencji oraz us\u0142ugi z nim zwi\u0105zane s\u0105 odp\u0142atne ww. dokumenty opisuj\u0105 warunki wykonania i rozliczenia wzajemnych \u015bwiadcze\u0144.<\/p>

1.5. W razie w\u0105tpliwo\u015bci akceptacj\u0119 Regulaminu wyra\u017ca si\u0119 tak\u017ce poprzez sam udzia\u0142 w Konferencji lub wp\u0142at\u0119 wynagrodzenia za uczestnictwo w Konferencji lub us\u0142ugi z ni\u0105 zwi\u0105zane.<\/p>

1.6. Uczestnikiem mo\u017ce by\u0107 wy\u0142\u0105cznie osoba pe\u0142noletnia, chyba \u017ce Organizator udzieli indywidualnej zgody na uczestnictwo tak\u017ce innym osobom. W przypadku umo\u017cliwienia uczestnictwa w Konferencji osobie poni\u017cej 13 roku \u017cycia, za przestrzeganie przez ni\u0105 warunk\u00f3w Regulaminu odpowiada jej prawny opiekun.<\/p>

2. Rejestracja i uczestnictwo w Konferencji
<\/strong><\/h3>

2.1. Warunkiem uczestnictwa w Konferencji jest rejestracja danej osoby przez formularz zg\u0142oszeniowy Rejestracja wymaga prawid\u0142owego wype\u0142nienia formularza rejestracyjnego (dalej: \u201eFormularz Rejestracyjny\u201d) znajduj\u0105cego si\u0119 na Portalu i zatwierdzeniu go zgodnie z funkcjonalno\u015bciami Portalu<\/p>

2.2. Organizator okre\u015bla w formularzu zg\u0142oszeniowym, zam\u00f3wieniu lub w inny spos\u00f3b, wymagania i dane Uczestnika konieczne do rejestracji na Konferencje, nabycia prawa uczestnictwa w Konferencji lub do skorzystania z okre\u015blonych us\u0142ug.<\/p>

2.3. W przypadku dokonywania rejestracji w imieniu innej osoby i wprowadzania cudzych danych, osoba wprowadzaj\u0105ca te dane gwarantuje, i\u017c uzyska\u0142a odpowiednie upowa\u017cnienia do rejestracji, za\u0142o\u017cenia konta lub z\u0142o\u017cenia o\u015bwiadcze\u0144 wymaganych do rejestracji, a tak\u017ce odpowiada za wszelkie skutki wprowadzania danych niezgodnie z takim upowa\u017cnieniem. W przypadku dokonywania rejestracji dla wi\u0119cej ni\u017c jednej osoby, osoba dokonuj\u0105ca rejestracji powinna dokona\u0107 odr\u0119bnych zg\u0142osze\u0144 dla ka\u017cdej z nich (z odr\u0119bnym kontem\/adresem e-mail dla ka\u017cdej osoby rejestrowanej na Konferencj\u0119).<\/p>

2.4. Dla niekt\u00f3rych rodzaj\u00f3w uczestnik\u00f3w np. dziennikarzy, wystawc\u00f3w, go\u015bci, prelegent\u00f3w lub nabywc\u00f3w us\u0142ug Strefy VIP\/Premium, Organizator mo\u017ce przewidzie\u0107 specjalne zasady rejestracji lub dost\u0119pu do obiekt\u00f3w, w szczeg\u00f3lno\u015bci polegaj\u0105ce na ich rejestracji przez samego Organizatora lub na zastosowaniu dodatkowych identyfikator\u00f3w potwierdzaj\u0105cych prawo do danych us\u0142ug.<\/p>

2.5. Dane Uczestnika zbierane podczas rejestracji oraz w zwi\u0105zku z uczestnictwem w Konferencji b\u0119d\u0105 przetwarzane zgodnie z Polityk\u0105 Prywatno\u015bci Organizatora, kt\u00f3ra stanowi integraln\u0105 cze\u015b\u0107 niniejszego Regulaminu. Ka\u017cdy Uczestnik winien zapozna\u0107 si\u0119 z Polityk\u0105 Prywatno\u015bci dost\u0119pn\u0105 pod nast\u0119puj\u0105cym linkiem.<\/p>

3. Prawa i obowi\u0105zki Organizatora i Uczestnik\u00f3w
<\/strong><\/h3>

3.1. Organizator zapewnia uczestnikowi dost\u0119p do odpowiednich cz\u0119\u015bci obiektu, w kt\u00f3rych Konferencja ma miejsce oraz odpowiedni\u0105 do charakteru Konferencji form\u0119 uczestnictwa i kontaktu z innymi uczestnikami.<\/p>

3.2. Ze wzgl\u0119du na konieczno\u015b\u0107 zapewnienia bezpiecze\u0144stwa, komfortu i mo\u017cliwo\u015bci weryfikacji uprawnie\u0144 Uczestnik\u00f3w, Organizator identyfikuje ich np. za pomoc\u0105 indywidualnych kont w serwisie rejestracji on-line lub imiennych identyfikator\u00f3w. Organizator zastrzega sobie prawo kontroli i weryfikacji to\u017csamo\u015bci Uczestnika oraz jego uprawnie\u0144 do wej\u015bcia do obiektu lub us\u0142ug zwi\u0105zanych z Konferencj\u0105 np. w formie \u017c\u0105dania okazania identyfikatora. Je\u017celi Uczestnik w ramach rejestracji nie poda\u0142 wszystkich wymaganych danych, odm\u00f3wi okazania identyfikatora lub powstan\u0105 w\u0105tpliwo\u015bci co do zgodno\u015bci jego danych z danymi na okazanym identyfikatorze, Organizator uprawniony jest do kontroli i weryfikacji to\u017csamo\u015bci w inny dost\u0119pny spos\u00f3b np. poprzez wylegitymowanie Uczestnika podczas Konferencji.<\/p>

3.3. Przebieg Konferencji b\u0119dzie utrwalany fotograficznie oraz za pomoc\u0105 urz\u0105dze\u0144 audio\/video, w tym mo\u017ce by\u0107 transmitowany w radio, telewizji lub za pomoc\u0105 innych \u015brodk\u00f3w umo\u017cliwiaj\u0105cych publiczne udost\u0119pnianie w taki spos\u00f3b, aby ka\u017cdy m\u00f3g\u0142 mie\u0107 do niego dost\u0119p w miejscu i w czasie przez siebie wybranym (np. w sieci Internet). Uczestnictwo w Konferencji jest jawne, a zatem sylwetka lub wizerunek Uczestnika uj\u0119te indywidualnie lub jako element wi\u0119kszej ca\u0142o\u015bci mog\u0105 by\u0107 intencjonalnie lub przypadkowo udokumentowane fotograficznie, d\u017awi\u0119kowo lub filmowo, a materia\u0142y uzyskane w ten spos\u00f3b mog\u0105 by\u0107 rozpowszechniane przez Organizatora oraz przedstawicieli prasy w celach informacyjnych i promocyjnych zwi\u0105zanych z Konferencj\u0105. Niezale\u017cnie od powy\u017cszego, przebieg Konferencji mo\u017ce by\u0107 te\u017c monitorowany ze wzgl\u0119d\u00f3w bezpiecze\u0144stwa.<\/p>


4. Zasady porz\u0105dkowe<\/strong><\/h3>

4.1. Uczestnicy mog\u0105 porusza\u0107 si\u0119 po terenie obiekt\u00f3w wy\u0142\u0105cznie w ramach og\u00f3lnodost\u0119pnych i tak oznaczonych przestrzeni i ci\u0105g\u00f3w komunikacyjnych, zgodnie z instrukcjami Organizatora i zarz\u0105dcy obiektu.<\/p>

4.2. Z zastrze\u017ceniem szczeg\u00f3lnych warunk\u00f3w obowi\u0105zuj\u0105cych w wydzielonych cz\u0119\u015bciach obiekt\u00f3w, w kt\u00f3rych odbywa si\u0119 Konferencja lub indywidualnej zgody organizatora, na terenie obiekt\u00f3w obowi\u0105zuje zakaz: palenia tytoniu,\u00a0u\u017cywania papieros\u00f3w elektronicznych i spo\u017cywania alkoholu, blokowania ci\u0105g\u00f3w komunikacyjnych i ewakuacyjnych, u\u017cywania otwartego ognia i butli gazowych, korzystania z prowizorycznej instalacji elektrycznej, wnoszenia na teren ekspozycji substancji chemicznych, zastawiania doj\u015b\u0107 i dojazd\u00f3w do urz\u0105dze\u0144 przeciwpo\u017carowych oraz przej\u015b\u0107 ewakuacyjnych. O warunkach i lokalizacji miejsc w jakich mo\u017ce zosta\u0107 dopuszczone palenie papieros\u00f3w, spo\u017cywanie alkoholu lub inne z ww. zachowa\u0144, decyduje wy\u0142\u0105cznie Organizator.<\/p>

4.3. Zakazane jest wnoszenie do obiekt\u00f3w, w kt\u00f3rych Konferencja ma miejsce: broni, materia\u0142\u00f3w pirotechnicznych oraz innych materia\u0142\u00f3w niebezpiecznych, w tym mog\u0105cych doprowadzi\u0107 do po\u017caru, zniszczenia mienia lub naruszenia zdrowia uczestnika lub innych os\u00f3b. Dotyczy to tak\u017ce urz\u0105dze\u0144 i materia\u0142\u00f3w zwi\u0105zanych z monta\u017cami, adaptacjami lub demonta\u017cami, kt\u00f3re mog\u0105 wi\u0105za\u0107 si\u0119 z wykorzystaniem wysokich temperatur lub \u0142atwopalnych chemikali\u00f3w. W uzasadnionych przypadkach wniesienie do obiekt\u00f3w ww. urz\u0105dze\u0144 lub materia\u0142\u00f3w mo\u017cliwe b\u0119dzie za specjalnym zezwoleniem Organizatora i zarz\u0105dcy obiektu oraz pod warunkiem zapewnienia ich u\u017cywania przez osoby dysponuj\u0105ce odpowiednimi upowa\u017cnieniami i zabezpieczeniem. Poza przypadkami wyra\u017anie dozwolonymi przez Organizatora, zakazane jest przemieszczanie lub wynoszenie z obiekt\u00f3w lub wyznaczonych przez Organizatora miejsc, jakiegokolwiek wyposa\u017cenia obiekt\u00f3w lub wyposa\u017cenia zwi\u0105zanego z przebiegiem danej Konferencji.<\/p>

4.4. Organizator nie ponosi odpowiedzialno\u015bci za zabezpieczenie os\u00f3b i mienia, a zatem za wypadki os\u00f3b, kradzie\u017ce ani uszkodzenia mienia na terenie obiekt\u00f3w, w kt\u00f3rych odbywa si\u0119 Konferencja, chyba \u017ce szkody z nimi zwi\u0105zane zosta\u0142y zawinione wy\u0142\u0105cznie przez Organizatora lub Organizator zobowi\u0105za\u0142 si\u0119 do okre\u015blonych zabezpiecze\u0144 w odr\u0119bnym zleceniu.<\/p>

4.5. Organizator uprawniony jest do nie wpuszczenia na teren obiektu, w kt\u00f3rym odbywa si\u0119 Konferencja lub do usuni\u0119cia z obiektu osoby w stanie nietrze\u017awym lub pod wp\u0142ywem innych \u015brodk\u00f3w odurzaj\u0105cych, osoby, kt\u00f3re legitymuj\u0105 si\u0119 identyfikatorem osoby trzeciej, odmawiaj\u0105 okazania identyfikatora lub innego dokumentu to\u017csamo\u015bci, a tak\u017ce ka\u017cdej osoby, kt\u00f3rej zachowanie wi\u0105\u017ce si\u0119 z agresj\u0105, naruszeniem zasad wsp\u00f3\u0142\u017cycia spo\u0142ecznego, ryzykiem dla d\u00f3br osobistych, mienia, zdrowia, porz\u0105dku lub moralno\u015bci publicznej. W powy\u017cszych przypadkach Organizator uprawniony jest do zg\u0142oszenia danego przypadku s\u0142u\u017cbom porz\u0105dkowym lub organom \u015bcigania. Organizator nie odpowiada za szkody uczestnik\u00f3w wynikaj\u0105ce z nie wpuszczenia lub usuni\u0119cia danej osoby z obiektu, w kt\u00f3rym odbywa si\u0119 Event; nie jest te\u017c zobowi\u0105zany w takim przypadku do zwrotu wniesionych w zwi\u0105zku z takim uczestnictwem op\u0142at.<\/p>

5. Wystawcy<\/strong><\/h3>

5.1. Prawo udzia\u0142u w Konferencji w charakterze wystawcy oraz rezerwacj\u0119 odpowiedniej powierzchni nabywa si\u0119 na podstawie odpowiedniego zlecenia\/zam\u00f3wienia us\u0142ug zwi\u0105zanych z Konferencj\u0105. Wystawc\u0105 jest Uczestnik z prawem i obowi\u0105zkiem korzystania z okre\u015blonej powierzchni obiektu lub czasu prelekcji na w\u0142asne cele informacyjne lub marketingowe.<\/p>

5.2. O lokalizacji powierzchni wystawienniczej decyduje Organizator. Marki, materia\u0142y reklamowe, przedmioty i spos\u00f3b ich eksponowania w ramach czasu lub powierzchni wystawienniczej wymagaj\u0105 akceptacji Organizatora w zakresie ich zgodno\u015bci z charakterem Konferencji.<\/p>

5.3. Wystawca adaptuje powierzchni\u0119 w spos\u00f3b estetyczny i kompletny, odpowiednio do charakteru Konferencji oraz w\u0142a\u015bciwo\u015bci obiektu.<\/p>

5.4. Udost\u0119pnienie czasu lub powierzchni wystawienniczych innym podmiotom wymaga zgody Organizatora.<\/p>

5.5. Wystawca zobowi\u0105zuje si\u0119 do wykonania niezb\u0119dnych monta\u017cy, adaptacji i demonta\u017cy w ramach czasowych wyznaczonych przez Organizatora oraz zarz\u0105dc\u0119 obiekt\u00f3w, w kt\u00f3rych odbywa\u0107 si\u0119 b\u0119dzie Konferencja, nie wykraczaj\u0105cych jednak poza okres um\u00f3wiony w zleceniu us\u0142ug zwi\u0105zanych z Konferencj\u0105. W szczeg\u00f3lno\u015bci monta\u017ce i adaptacje nie mog\u0105 zak\u0142\u00f3ca\u0107 przygotowa\u0144 Organizatora lub innych uczestnik\u00f3w i musz\u0105 by\u0107 zako\u0144czone przed rozpocz\u0119ciem Eventu, a demonta\u017ce musz\u0105 nast\u0105pi\u0107 do ko\u0144ca ostatniego dnia danego uczestnictwa w Evencie. W ca\u0142ym okresie um\u00f3wionym w zleceniu, ekspozycje przeznaczone dla powierzchni wystawienniczych musz\u0105 by\u0107 dost\u0119pne dla innych uczestnik\u00f3w Eventu zgodnie z przeznaczeniem.<\/p>

6. Postanowienia ko\u0144cowe i reklamacje<\/strong><\/h3>

6.1. Organizator zastrzega sobie prawo do odwo\u0142ana, skr\u00f3cenia, zmiany terminu lub harmonogramu\/agendy Konferencji w przypadku wyst\u0105pienia si\u0142y wy\u017cszej uniemo\u017cliwiaj\u0105cej przeprowadzenie Konferencji lub w przypadku wyst\u0105pienia zagro\u017cenia dla \u017cycia lub zdrowia uczestnik\u00f3w. W powy\u017cszych przypadkach Organizator nie odpowiada za szkody uczestnik\u00f3w wynikaj\u0105ce z odwo\u0142ania lub zmian termin\u00f3w Konferencji w tym za koszty zwi\u0105zane z transportem lub rezerwacjami hotelowymi; nie jest te\u017c zobowi\u0105zany w takim przypadku do zwrotu wniesionych ju\u017c op\u0142at\/wynagrodze\u0144 za rezerwacje pakiet\u00f3w, miejsc lub inne \u015bwiadczenia, w tym w zakresie w jakim pokrywaj\u0105 poniesione ju\u017c koszty Organizatora.<\/p>

6.2. Wszelkie reklamacje zwi\u0105zane z realizacj\u0105 praw Uczestnik\u00f3w zwi\u0105zanych z uczestnictwem w Konferencji mog\u0105 by\u0107 zg\u0142aszane Organizatorowi na pi\u015bmie lub za po\u015brednictwem poczty elektronicznej na adres info@executivesumit.eu, najp\u00f3\u017aniej w terminie 3 dni od zako\u0144czenia Konferencji, nie p\u00f3\u017aniej jednak ni\u017c 3 dni od wyst\u0105pienia okoliczno\u015bci b\u0119d\u0105cej przyczyn\u0105 reklamacji.<\/p>

6.3. Wszelkie zmiany Regulaminu og\u0142aszane b\u0119d\u0119 w formie w jakich zosta\u0142 on udost\u0119pniony pierwotnie uczestnikom, w miar\u0119 mo\u017cliwo\u015bci z 2 – tygodniowym wyprzedzeniem.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

1. Object of the Regulations<\/strong><\/h3>

1.1. The organizers of the conference named “Executive Summit” (hereinafter referred to as the “Conference” and “EXS”) are the company: HEXAGON NETWORK Sp. z o.o., ul. Klimczaka 1, 02-797 Warsaw (hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”).<\/p>

1.2. The Conference – in terms of participant registration – is conducted through the website located at: www.executivesummit.eu (hereinafter referred to as the “Portal”).<\/p>

1.3. The Conference is held based on the provisions of this regulation (hereinafter referred to as the “Regulations”).<\/p>

1.4. The Regulations specify the conditions of participation in the Conference. If the conditions of participation are also specified in other documents (e.g., in the description of the Conference, facility regulations), these Regulations supplement the documents and apply to the extent not covered by them. In the event that participation in the Conference and related services are subject to a fee, the aforementioned documents describe the conditions for the performance and settlement of mutual benefits.<\/p>

1.5. In case of doubt, acceptance of the Regulations is also expressed by participating in the Conference or payment of the fee for participation in the Conference or related services.<\/p>

1.6. Only adults may participate, unless the Organizer grants individual consent for participation by other individuals. In the event that participation in the Conference is allowed for individuals under the age of 13, their legal guardian is responsible for ensuring compliance with the Regulations.<\/p>

2. Registration and Participation in the Conference<\/strong><\/h3>

2.1. Participation in the Conference requires registration of the individual through the registration form. Registration requires filling out the registration form (hereinafter: “Registration Form”) correctly and approving it in accordance with the functionalities of the Portal.<\/p>

2.2. The Organizer specifies in the registration form, order, or in another way, the requirements and data of the Participant necessary for registration for the Conference, acquisition of the right to participate in the Conference, or to use certain services.<\/p>

2.3. In the event of registering on behalf of another person and entering third-party data, the person entering this data guarantees that they have obtained appropriate authorization for registration, account creation, or submission of statements required for registration, and is responsible for all consequences of entering data contrary to such authorization. In the case of registering for more than one person, the person registering should submit separate applications for each of them (with a separate account\/email address for each person registered for the Conference).<\/p>

2.4. For certain types of participants, e.g., journalists, exhibitors, guests, speakers, or buyers of VIP\/Premium Zone services, the Organizer may provide special registration or access rules to the facilities, particularly involving registration by the Organizer himself or the use of additional identifiers confirming the right to specific services.<\/p>

2.5. Participant data collected during registration and in connection with participation in the Conference will be processed in accordance with the Organizer’s Privacy Policy, which is an integral part of these Regulations. Each Participant should familiarize themselves with the Privacy Policy available at the following link.<\/p>

3. Rights and Obligations of the Organizer and Participants<\/strong><\/h3>

3.1. The Organizer ensures participants access to appropriate parts of the venue where the Conference takes place and appropriate forms of participation and contact with other participants, suitable for the nature of the Conference.<\/p>

3.2. Due to the need to ensure safety, comfort, and the possibility of verifying the rights of participants, the Organizer identifies them, e.g., through individual accounts in the online registration service or personalized identifiers. The Organizer reserves the right to control and verify the participant’s identity and their rights to enter the venue or services related to the Conference, e.g., by requesting the presentation of an identifier. If the Participant did not provide all the required data during registration, refuses to present an identifier, or doubts arise regarding the compliance of their data with the data on the presented identifier, the Organizer is entitled to control and verify the identity in another available way, e.g., by legitimizing the Participant during the Conference.<\/p>

3.3. The course of the Conference will be documented photographically and through audio\/video devices, including possible radio, television broadcasts, or through other means enabling public sharing, so that everyone can access it at a place and time of their choice (e.g., on the Internet). Participation in the Conference is public, therefore, the silhouette or image of the Participant captured individually or as part of a larger whole may be intentionally or accidentally documented photographically, audibly, or cinematically, and materials obtained in this way may be disseminated by the Organizer and representatives of the press for informational and promotional purposes related to the Conference. Regardless of the above, the course of the Conference may also be monitored for security reasons.<\/p>

4. Rules of Order<\/strong><\/h3>

4.1. Participants may only move around the premises within the public and clearly marked areas and communication routes, following the instructions of the Organizer and the facility manager.<\/p>

4.2. Subject to special conditions prevailing in designated parts of the premises where the Conference takes place or individual consent of the organizer, smoking, using electronic cigarettes, and consuming alcohol, blocking communication and evacuation routes, using open flames and gas cylinders, using makeshift electrical installations, bringing chemical substances onto the exhibition grounds, blocking access to fire-fighting equipment, and evacuation routes are prohibited. The Organizer exclusively decides on the conditions and locations where smoking, alcohol consumption, or other aforementioned behaviors may be permitted.<\/p>

4.3. It is prohibited to bring weapons, pyrotechnic materials, and other dangerous materials into the premises where the Conference takes place, including those that may cause fire, property damage, or harm to the participant’s health or others. This also applies to devices and materials related to assemblies, adaptations, or dismantling, which may involve the use of high temperatures or flammable chemicals. In justified cases, the introduction of the aforementioned devices or materials into the premises will be possible with special permission from the Organizer and the facility manager and provided they are used by persons with appropriate authorization and protection. Except for cases expressly permitted by the Organizer, it is prohibited to move or remove from the premises designated by the Organizer any facility equipment or equipment related to the course of a given Conference.<\/p>

4.4. The Organizer is not liable for the security of persons and property, therefore, for accidents to persons, theft, or property damage on the premises where the Conference takes place, unless the damages are solely caused by the Organizer or the Organizer has committed to specific security measures in a separate commission.<\/p>

4.5. The Organizer is entitled to refuse entry to the venue where the Conference takes place or to remove from the premises individuals who are intoxicated or under the influence of other intoxicating substances, individuals who present a third party’s identification, refuse to show identification, or other identity documents, as well as anyone whose behavior involves aggression, violation of social norms, risk to personal property, assets, health, order, or public morality. In the above cases, the Organizer is entitled to report the matter to law enforcement or regulatory authorities. The Organizer is not liable for damages to participants resulting from the non-entry or removal of a person from the venue where the Event takes place; nor is it obliged to refund any fees paid in connection with such participation.<\/p>

5. Exhibitors<\/strong><\/h3>

5.1. The right to participate in the Conference as an exhibitor and to reserve appropriate space is acquired based on the appropriate order\/contract for services related to the Conference. An exhibitor is a Participant with the right and obligation to use a specified area of the venue or time for presentations for their own informational or marketing purposes.<\/p>

5.2. The Organizer decides on the location of the exhibition space. Brands, advertising materials, items, and their manner of display within the allotted time or exhibition space require the Organizer’s approval regarding their compliance with the nature of the Conference.<\/p>

5.3. The exhibitor adapts the space aesthetically and comprehensively, appropriately to the nature of the Conference and the properties of the venue.<\/p>

5.4. Providing exhibition time or space to other entities requires the Organizer’s consent.<\/p>

5.5. The exhibitor undertakes to carry out necessary installations, adaptations, and dismantling within the timeframes set by the Organizer and the venue manager where the Conference will take place, provided they do not exceed the period agreed upon in the contract for services related to the Conference. In particular, installations and adaptations must not disrupt the Organizer’s or other participants’ preparations and must be completed before the Event begins, and dismantling must be completed by the end of the last day of participation in the Event. Throughout the contracted period, displays intended for exhibition spaces must be accessible to other Event participants according to their purpose.<\/p>

6. Final Provisions and Complaints<\/strong><\/h3>

6.1. The Organizer reserves the right to cancel, shorten, change the date, or schedule\/agenda of the Conference in the event of force majeure preventing the Conference from taking place or in the event of a threat to the lives or health of participants. In such cases, the Organizer is not liable for damages to participants resulting from the cancellation or changes in Conference dates, including costs related to transportation or hotel reservations; nor is it obliged to refund any fees\/remunerations already paid for package reservations, seats, or other services, to the extent that they cover the Organizer’s already incurred costs.<\/p>

6.2. Any complaints regarding the implementation of participants’ rights related to participation in the Conference may be submitted to the Organizer in writing or via email to info@executivesumit.eu, no later than 3 days after the Conference’s conclusion, but no later than 3 days after the occurrence of the circumstances that caused the complaint.<\/p>

6.3.
